Hi,

My multi function control seems to be acting up. Wipers do not turn off as they should, high beams erratic etc.

Is this common?

When this happens do you need to replace the entire knob assembly? Any information on this and any lead son where to get the parts are appreciated.

Thanks!

Yes, multi-function control failure is common. Replace the entire thing.

Hi redomainename,
Is there some relay that could be the problem?
I have a 1999sl320 and my dims and fulls worked but I couldn't flash the lights. I replaced my combination switch myself recently if you want tips.
Regards,
Darragh.

I probably have the assembly you need off a crashed car, but need to confirm by model year and chassis number (different p/n's for chassis numbers <055174, <079796, and MY'96+)

Could you update your profile so that we can all help you more efficiently?
