Transporting 1985 380sl from AZ to Fl, is there anything that needs to be done as far as engine needs, more humid area and 3' above sea level comparied to tucson 2400' above sea level

Since you say three feet I believe you are coming to South Florida. You will want to ditch the lightweight engine oil and run something heavier, suitable for higher temperatures. I like Castrol 20W-50. Also make sure your coolant system is in shape, although in AZ you also have that consideration in summer.
