"MOST" CD Cable for Changer

Does anyone know what is the part # for the MOST fiber cable to connect the glove box mounted cd changer # 3330 to the series 20 radio on a new 2006 C230? My dealer took one look at the connector on my CD changer and could not find a cable that would fit the plug. Changer part # A2208274642. Thanks...

Thank you for the part numbers... Will order on Monday. I still can't believe how uninformed the dealers are.
