I think most folks got the microfibre cloth and MB key ring either through the mail or directly from the dealer when they picked up their cars. Most also received a nice leather wallet portfolio a few months afterwards from MBUSA. Some have reported receiving an MB blanket, but I didn't get one of those. Could be that dealers have the option to participate in different giveaways. [
