I hope that some of you can shed some light on the issue that I am dealing with. Just purchased a 2013 ML350 turbo diesel/4matic about 6 weeks ago. 76K. Love the vehicle. After driving the car for several hours, and getting to know all of the on-board accessories, including the massaging seats, we noticed that the seat controls on the LCD screen suddenly quite. My seat controls on the doors do work just fine, as well as the memory saving setting, but trying to inflate the lumbar areas, below the driver and passenger legs, as the back massager do not. Naturally, the dealer won't stand behind the issue stating that it is not covered under NYS Lemon Law, dead end there. Any idea as to where I should be looking at?? Any feedback will greatly be appreciated. Thanks in advance!! J.

I use Carly to scan for codes, it's pretty good.
