I too have a missing air inlet tube, the one that extends out and down. Why would anyone remove this?

Does anyone have the part number I need to order replacement?

Thanks for the replies.
Spoke to the dealer today, missing pieces (actually 4 components) total roughly 120 US$, not that bad but I believe this will come after new plug wires, etc. as getting 16 mpg city.

Also have a small 'blow by' issue but car starts and runs great.
