It finally warmed up enough to crack the window on the new (to me) ride, and I hear this terrible knocking noise when going over any sizable bump. I could tell it was coming from the front driver's side tire, so I jacked 'er up and inspected all the suspension bushings and whatnot.
I noticed a piece of rubber barely attached that obviously should have gone on the bottom shaft that the brake caliper rides on. The top one is completely gone.
I'm guessing this would be a simple fix, but I need a new bushing, for the top, and two caps that are supposed to prevent this from happening. For some reason I dispise having the dealer do anything I can do myself, but I'm guessing this would be like a 15 minute fix for them.
Anyone have part numbers for these things?
