I have been looking a mirror and triangle window on the RIGHT side for my W114 280C Coupe 1974.

On the picture you can see the "style" of mirror on the left side.

Thanks Rumb

Where did you find those numbers??

Do you know what is the difference between W114 and W115 if there is any??

I found a lot on Ebay but they all say W114 and W115, so is the mirror same on the W115 sedan??

Also I would need the tinted smal triangle class

Is there a "junk yard" in US what sell W114 parts??

Your best bet would be to find one in the U.K.. Body panel-wise there is no practical difference between the W114's and the W115's especially after the 1973 model year.

Mercedes part numbers are found using EPC - Electronic Parts Catalog. Costs $75 per year from MB, but some online sellers have the same information.

4 cylinder gas cars and all diesel cars are W115. 6 cylinder cars are W114.

All coupes are W114.

Coupes have different windows and glass that sedans, so you need glass and mirror from a coupe.

I'm not positive that they are different. I only _think_ they are different.

But I can look it up.

Outside left mirror A1148100116
Outside right mirror A1148100216

EPC says those mirrors are unique to coupes.

I think this is the needle-in-a-haystack type of thing. If you google images of a 280C, you will see that the option is extremely rare. Also, I'm not clear on whether or not US-spec W114 280C coupes have the triangle-in-glass mirror or the door-mounted mirror. I see both when I look at images, but EPC pretty much wanted it to be the door-mounted mirror. So the part numbers I listed might be for US-spec only. I checked British ebay and found nothing, but figured that a RHD country might have more right mirrors than in the states.

You a so true, the window mirror is only on the "facelift" -74 forward. I have been trying to find out where they sell old MB parts in UK but still no luck.

Well this is not a killer thing so hopefully I find it and if not then I just need to turn my head more often =)

But anyway thanks for your help at least now I know some numbers of the mirror.
