Yes, the mirrors will fit... "easy to install" is relative. I think they are relatively easy to install, they bolt on; however, running the turn signal wire requires some disassembly of interior panels (like for the door, and door sill, and kick panels). It takes some time but is certainly doable, either by someone with experience or by someone who is mechanically inclined.

I'm possibly working on a project that is the reverse, and would therefore easier.
