Well I am certain that it is a 1977 200 w123 4 cylinder 1.6l 4 speed but some people told me it was made in eurpe and thats why its so odd but I dont know lol

they were all made in europe. you will find information on the large rims in other threads. your best bet for the mirror is finding someone in the US or europe who can ship you one from a junkyard (chatarreria) -- presuming you can't find anyone else in central america who disassembles these cars. in the US the part might cost $10 or $20, so i predict that shipping will be the main cost. post up some pictures of your car!
