Hey Mercedes-Benz lovers!

So i got this odd problem with my little brothers mercedes e220 om611, and i wanna help him fix..

The problem is that it fires straight up but it just dies if we dont rev it to like 2000 rpm to not make it die... but once it hits 40 ‘C i dont have to keep reving it and runs ok, not a speed machine but i have been carefull when driving

We have tried to clean egr and changed injectors to some who worked fine on another e220(scap jard)...
We got these fault codes after deleting all of those who were there before we tried to start again and see...
P1664 - electronic heater booster
P0703 brake signal
P1222 pedal value sensor

But i dont see the reason any of these can make this problem...
maybe someone here has experieced the same?
After we cleaned egr it did not start, maybe we pushed some exhaustdirt:)P) down the intake... we have taken it off for clean and flaps delete now.. but i work at sea for another week so i wanted to hear with you...

Engine unknown in USA, but since it is heat-related, I'd say heater booster might be the issue here. Assuming this is fuel heater as you provided no close explanation.
Pedal sensor might not have direct connection to the issue, but when you know bad sensor, you replace it and not spend time whining about it.

Oh no 2.2 cdi in usa? I dident know😯. sorry.

I am new to diesel cars but is it normal to heat up the diesel before it goes into fuel lines and to the cylinders..

MB USA is trying to keep image that MB is luxury automobile and they don't import cheaper versions here.
Diesel should run without fuel heating although some engines have fuel heaters. Once again, not knowing the engine, I am making educated guess here.
Bottom line is that when you are in trouble and you have a list of bad things, you start with obvious and cheap before you jump big guns.

Doesn't that car use glow plugs to warm up diesel?

My OM606 has a fuel thermostat, it is used to warm up diesel, and when car is cold it uses GP to warm up quickly.

I think the heater booster is just for making the car heat up faster, both engine coolant and cabin air circulation temperature, and i have tried this on and off with no changes:/

Because either the heater booster or the relay that controls the current is kaput. So your engine coolant heat is not increased, and hence the fault code. When you increase the rpms and keep pressing the pedal, you are increasing the coolant to 40 degrees C (as you said) and engine likes it better (I think).
