Hello all.
I am looking to change my steering wheel for my W168 to W169
Can you guys tell me if it could be done changing it or may cause any problem?
Thanks

From my research, it appears that W169 steering wheels are multifunctional.

I doubt you could easily swap one into a W168, and if you did, what would be the point of doing it? None of the buttons would work.

As above - the buttons won't work, and the fitment is highly questionable.

If you want to have something different, you can get your existing steering wheel remodelled and re-trimmed:

I've done that for my C169 and it's quite nice :)

If your A-Class is in Classic trim (black plastic mirrors, plastic wheel covers), you can get an Elegance steering wheel from a wreckers’. I got one for mine - it’s a straight swap, leather-bound, and looks and feels better.

I can add to excellent suggestion above - get interior door pull handles from an A210 - leather trim, with white or grey stitching, easy to replace, very reasonable cost.
Same for a full leather interior, also from Elegance line.
Here's a couple of pics of my old W168 - I sold it five years ago ... perhaps I should've kept it ... Anyway, might give you a few ideas for little mods:

Just a couple of pics ... :p

But i think it wont fit the color match for the W169 Because the steering is black and my interior not :(
