My Mercedes 300 E 92, will not start when it's cold outside. So far we know that it is not the cold start valve itself. However it does not get power. Could it be the fuel pump relay or the MAS engine contol module or maybe something else?
These parts are very expensive I would like to buy the i need. Please HELP me.

Thank you George

So it's cranking but not firing? Spark fine? Fuel pressure fine? Fuel pumps buzzing away with the ignition on? How cold is it when it won't start? Does it start later in the day when its warmer out?

I am still waiting for the OVP i bought on ebay. However we have had very good weather in CT these day so I took my car for a spin. After a couple of tries it started up but very poorly and i hit the cas a little and it picked up right away. After it warmed up it runs like new. however when i stop at a light or somewhere the idle is very low like it wants to stall even though it does not stall. after i hit the cas again it runs okay. This idleing problem has never happened before. I'm getting very confused do i need anything other then the OVP? Or will the OVP solve everything?
