Hii!! I'm italian and i not speak a good english , sorry for my errors...

In my car i have change:

1) Rotor and distributor ignition ( ignition cables, air filter, benz filter , oil filter)
2) Alternator (new);
3) Fuel distributor (new);
4) Throttle valve with swicth (used);
5) Fuel injecotor (new)
6) All air pipes-gasket; ( new)
7) Cold injecotor ( used);
8) ECU ( used) (but my ECU is good, i have try to change);
9) RELE' OVP (NEW);
10) Air sensor ( tath is in front to the pipe aspiration) ;
11) 2 FUEL PUMP (new).
12) Idle valve (new)
13) Air flow meter.

The problem is this:

If i try to start cold engine ( for the firt time of day , or if it's been several hours since the last starting), i must turn on the key for 4-5 seconds. ;low months ago , when I changed all the pieces of the injection the engine started even when it cold with 1/2 turn of key!!!
when i start engine : Idle is low for one second, it after up to 900-1000 rpm ,so when engine warm up, idle drecrease to 650 rpm. I know that's correct! But at firt once i press accellerator (after firt engine start), the idle stay at 1200-1300rpm(also i release the accelerator) for 5 seconds , after , it decrease to 650 rpm.
In the running Idle stay always at 650 rpm but engine have low vibration.

During first start, after leaving the engine running for just a second , if i turning off the engine and start it , the engine turn on with 1/2 turn of key.

I thinck i have a cable problem..... what you mean??

Non si menziona l'accumulatore di carburante. Hai cambiato anche questo ?

Translated I believe means :

You don't mention the Fuel Accumulator.
Have you changed this as well ?

I also believe the fuel accumulator because During first start, after leaving the engine running for just a second , if i turning off the engine and start it , the engine turn on with 1/2 turn of key..

I will ceck for replace a new peace!

Also:
Fuel pump relay and EZL ecu are old piece....... but if they are defect,I should have other problems?
You have another ideas???

Il mio amico, il miglior metodo di lavoro i problemi è quello di cambiare uno alla volta altrimenti si sa mai qual è il pezzo è stato effettivamente un problema. L'accumulatore di carburante prima provare il relè il EZL.

Translation
My friend the best method of working out problems is to change them one at a time otherwise you will never know what piece was actually at fault. Do the fuel accumulator first then try the relay then the EZL.

Quando il motore è freddo nel mio 300 CE girare la chiave attendere alcuni secondi per pressione del carburante per costruire e avviare (conte di 7). Normalmente inizia prima volta. Se non si fatica un po' come se allagato ma le catture vengono eliminati.

Translation
When the engine is cold in my 300CE I turn the key wait for a few seconds for fuel pressure to build then start (count of 7). Normally starts first time. If not it struggles a little as if flooded but catches then clears.

Uh has anyone mentioned the FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR? if it goes bad ,not enough pressure is held in the system, I was leaning on leaking fuel injectors,but he says new? all or one? I replaced the accumulator in my sons 92,no difference, now it has to be leaking injectors or FPR,I had a mercury with the same problem and it turned out to be FPR after I replaced everything,run a pressure test on system,you can easily test accumulator by disconnecting the small black hose that goes to it,if fuel drips out of it,replace

Test: turn key untill you hear fuel pump in back. Turn back, turn again till fuel pump, reapet 3-4x - does it start better now? If yes - accumulator :)

I have had the second or third turn of the key to start the engine when it's cold for a long time now.
I tried the above method and it started first time.
I looked for accumulators online and for a 1989 2600E the price ranged from $126 to $371.

Will the cheaper one be ok or do I need to go with the more expensive?
Or are these different parts altogether.
And which one do I need?

Is the same test i have try one month ago! Yeah! i remember AFTER 3, 4 once the start was better or perfect!

Pressure regulator is ok! I have try another 3 fuel accumulator and i not notice an difference.

There are any component i not have never change:
1) Fuel accumulator;
2) Pump benzin rele'
3) Ezl Ecu.

I thinck i ceck all on ebay for try.......
