My headlight work on low beam and high beam for signaling, but when I try to leave the high beam on, it doesn't work,
Any idea what could it be, and how to fix it?

Mine take a few minutes to go to high beam. It isn't instantaneous. I leave them in high all the time and they respond correctly and dim when traffic is oncoming. Try leaving them in high and see if it doesn't take care of it.
