Guys,

I went to Home Depot today and for the hell of it counted every Benz to and from. This is a 16 mile round trim and I counted 29 MB's. I can not be the only Benzworld member in this town. Are you out there??? Give me a Hell Yeah!!

R Class Mirror Issue

John, I noticed you have an R-350. I just bought the diesel version out here in Columbia -- having one heck of a time with the passenger side mirror. On start up, it does not unfold -- I have to hit the button even though the driver's side is all set up.

It also appears to be misaligned, nearly making metal to metal contact when folded. Lastly, when it does fold, it continues to ratchet even when the mirror assembly is fully folded already.

When I first received the vehicle, the mirror itself did not work. THey supposedly fixed that problem but obviously others now exist.

Even seen this problem before?

haven't seen that before, mine doesn't have that feature. It probabaly needs the mirror frame replaced if its contacting where it shouldn't.
