I can't get on the MBCoupes web site and haven't had any email for days now. Anybody having any luck with them? I got the normal first of the month email about my subscription, but nothing else.

Hi Mike, I have this problem too, I tried to look in there yesterday and it was down, also.

No idea what happened. First time ever in over 10 years that has happened to me.

I can't get on either. I usually get 2-3 email notices per day with the last one received several days ago.

Sounds like Satish has let it die. Also sounds like it's time for someone else to pick up the maintenance of the site and get it back up.

We started with 560SEC.com, then on to MBCoupes.com. What's next?? I hope MBCoupes doesn't die because there is a wealth of info in those back postings.

He owns the domain thru 2010. If he releases the domain, and gives me the files, I can host it on one of my servers.

I already talked to Satish about it Friday, he said he'd look into it. Apparently the server is down or having an issue.

I have recovered the 14 year old 560SEC buyers guide that Sstish and I wrote back in 1998 and copied it into a word document.

I think it's time to update it, and so I will refresh it one of these days and then see if the Moderators would allow it to be to posted here in updated form.. I have learned quite a bit since then, and if if Satish doesn't mind, maybe it can be put here in the "sticky" section..

Ask Satish if you could post the old version here. it will help until you can get it updated. I know I used that reference a lot and others have as well. it is sorely needed. Or perhaps the members here could help revive the MBCoupes Website??? Just a thought.

I think an updated version of the Buyer's Guide would be very nice. :thumbsup:

Or at least somehow preserve the good amount of info and data from MBcoupes.com for future generations.
