Hey i got med a cheap var thats not started in 4 years. I got IT Running but not in idle, changed fuel filter, sparks, oil, IT idles rough when its hot, but Are hard to start to. I need to start it with start fluid Even if its cold or hot. Any ideas?

You need to remove all the old fuel you can , and fill up with new . This is before you do anything else You should be able to remove the return pipe to the gas tank ,it will be on the side of fuel distributor . Check the colour of the fuel that comes out of there .
