I am considering selling my CLK 430 (and then 'upgrading' to the new CLK 500...) if I can sell for a reasonable price. Do any of you have some experience / advice, what I might get for my car if sold privately? Is Kelly Blue Book Private Party Value ($53,000) reasonable?
Thanks for input!
Martin - [email protected]

Here are the specs:
CLK 430, Year 2000, excellent condition
26,100 miles
Brilliant silver metallic, Ash/dark ash 2-tone interior
All options except cell phone and multicontour seats ; thus, it has:
Command System,
K3: Value Added Package
· Rain Sensor
· Glass Sunroof
· Power Rear-Window Sunshade
K4: Value Added Package
· Headlamp Washing System
· Xenon Headlamps
· Heated Front Seats
CD changer, Ski sack w/ trunk pass thru

I have no idea how much your car worth but i bought my 2000 Clk 430 ......................
same color as your with 14,000 miles, K3 and Cd changer for only $45,700. It was 1 1/2 ago from a private owner that wanted the Clk 55. He said that the dealer only give him $45,000 for trade in. He got mad and decided for that price, he rather sell it out side.
