May be buying a 96 S420 - advice wanted

I presently own a 97 E420 and a 90 300SE. The 300SE is getting a bit long in the tooth (220K mi) and I am considering a 96 S420 with 63K miles. Anything in paricular I should be aware of/watch out for with W140 class cars?
