I am having a hard time finding a shop manual for my 2009 ml 350. Does anyone know where I can find a manual? I dryed downloading from the internet but I am tired of getting ripped off. Nothing will download.

Contact the seller? I bought a copy of it years ago (like 20) and I recall it was a bit challenging to install. I now use SDS, which includes WIS, and the system I have came as a VHD, so no install issues.

Understand that the discs you have are not manuals you simply open. It’s an entire database system containing every MB procedure for every vehicle they have chosen to digitize. You have to install the whole software system on your PC. Then once installed you connect to the database via a browser, login, enter the VIN, search for your doc, then either view it on screen or print it out. It’s the same system found in the shop at your Mercedes dealer. It’s involved, yes. But it’s also the “ultimate manual”.

Grab any 14 year old in your neighborhood. They will get you up and running in less than an hour. Make sure you have plenty of lemonade, maple syrup and that green stuff everybody is talking about.
