Major service on 2001 311 CDi Sprinter

Hi guys,

My Sprinter is in need of a major service, the service history that came with my Sprinter is vague.

I was planning on buying the following kit (consisting of Fram Oil Filter, Fram Air Filter, Fram Fuel Filter, Fram Cabin Filter) from eBay...

Then..
Oil, do I need 5w40 or 10w40??
Brake fluid
Coolant.

I'm getting a mate of mine to do the service. Am I missing anything?? And are those Fram filters good quality?

Any advice will be greatly appreciated!
