My 2009 E350 has had a major issue that I cannot seem to diagnose. The key will not lock or unlock the doors, nor turn the ignition. I have had the key tested, battery tested, checked all fuses and still cannot seem to find any resolve so i was hoping I could find some help here.

Connect battery charger, connect capable scanner. Do "Quick Test", post results.

I will go out on a limb here and assume you do not have a second key to test.
