good day
i have an 1996 c180 w202 Benz and i just want to find out there is the MAF SENSOR on the car
because id see on all the other models the MAF SENSOR but not on mine

it has not pull away power and also nothing on acceleration
and it is heavy on fuel

click on your icon----> click on Account Settings---->
goto Account Details----> add vehicle details---->
ADD your make model YEAR ----> click save

moving you to w202 forum.

It looks like it was removed. The connection pipe between the air filter and the rubber link going over the engine, see if it has a part number, if not then it seems that your MAF was removed. Check

Your car doesn't have a MAF. I know a 94 C180 and it looks just like yours, look it up on google. They didn't have one until late 96 i believe. Same thing with my former 95 E200.
Does the car exhibit any idle and cold/hot start issue ? I'm suspecting either dirty or leaking injectors or bad ignition, check sparkplugs and wires.

What the hell are you talking about? His car is not this one?!?!?!?!
Apologies, maybe my misunderstanding, starting 1996 the MAP sensor was replaced by a MAF sensor. If the engine is a M111.920 it has a MAP sensor. If the engine is a M111.921 it is with a MAF sensor.
