I'm just trying to wrap my head around some why and how issues. Mainly what's going on with fuel / air mixture management when CSO is Deactivated (All cylinders Are firing All the time).

There is No Self-Adaptation data available while CSO is Deactivated … Yet it is all there to analyze while left bank of the cylinders is only working part time. What's going on with self-adaptations while CSO is Not Active (All cylinders Are firing All the time)?

I'm trying to sort out some O2 sensors issues and looking at self-adaptations was one piece of the puzzle I was interested in… then I came across this bizarre setup. Can anybody shed some light what's going on here?

If you search my nick, I have reported on this and O2 sensor problems before; even others had similar problems.
What are your O2 problems?
On the design of this 6 - 12, well, you got to live with it!

What are your O2 problems?
I'm getting codes on all 4 O2 sensors for cylinders 7-12. O2 sensors seem OK when I ran the test. I'm trying to figure out if these codes actually mean what they say… or something else is going on.

So far I reset self-adaptations and switched back to CSO Not Active immediately. Then reset adaptations again, drove 15-20 minutes and switched CSO to Not active. I'm just screwing around with it trying to understand what's going on, before I start throwing money at O2. Car only has 84,000 miles, so it would be little strange to have all 4 left side sensors shut…

well, your message is not clear: you twice say you switched to CSO to active.
Set it to ACTIVE , and drive for a couple of days.
Then, if no O2 faults, reset to INACTIVE.
O2 should stay ok. Make sure you have no TWC DAMAGE codes - that points to CAT problems.
