It looks like it has a hose running to the master cylinder.

That being said, this car definitely is not stock, and the interior looks kind of rough IMHO. And a 5.5? I'm not sure I'd want to touch that care without some more info!

yeh it is bit filthy inside, but for that price...hmmm there is no such a thing as cheap SL i know....

I don't know if it's a real tuned car. The wheels are Lorinser and the Engine has Carlsson on it. It also has no body kit which I would expect from a car like this. I've seen some Carlsson cars before and they usually have from memory a blue engine block where as Brabus has a red one.

Apparently engine has carlsson sticker that says 5.5L 405Hp....
Hard to tell why tho, it would be worth inspecting but its a bit of a long drive from where iam....

The car looks good from the outside but the upholstery could do with a renewal job as it is showing its age.

The car does use the CIS system and with its age i would avoid it. It is a troubled system and the rotoraty fuel distributer goes wrong, the air induction plate always needs adjusting and basically, unless you are a total enthusiast and DIY guy, then avoid it

Although i am an MB Tech and a Benz fanatic i would not want to buy one of the CIS fitted cars, just my opinion of course.

Is it the cruise control? I remember that piece being on my 1992 500sl and needing some super glue because the plastic guide loop for that wire is in such a “break me please” location.

Off the top of my head- without looking in the WIS - I do know it has to do with the throttle in its entirety.
