Hi! I have W124 from 1993. It's M111 200E (136hp).
Cold starts are brilliant, rpms are stable at 1000. But after a few minutes rpms begin to fluctuate.
You can see this here:
These aren't massive fluctuations, but engine visually shakes and I can feel shaking inside.
I have new spark plugs, new wires, new air filter, new fuel filter.
I ordered new OVP relay and I'll try changing it. Maybe it will help.
What are your thoughts?

Being a twin cam engine, primary suspect is eco junk wiring (engine harnesses + throttle body). See link for more details.

Make sure you always replace the gasket whenever R&R'ing the throttle body to avoid vacuum leaks which will affect idle among other things.

As for the spark plugs, make sure you only use Bosch F8DC4 and nothing else. No exceptions. And be aware that your engine has a disposable ignition system which usually requires replacement of the 2 coil packs, 2 coil to plug boots, 2 spark plug wires and 4 spark plugs about every 150K-200Kms with spark plugs every 40-50K kms.
