I'm using the Bosch Supers, and it looks like my current gaps are at .035"

What do the rest of you use in your 103? I'm thinking of experimenting, trying .030 to .038 and finding something in the middle.

Also, I'm not a big expert on spark plugs, but are these supposed to look like this (10,000 miles of use or so)?

Correct plug gap is 0,08 millimeters. MB recommend that you change the plugs at around 37.000 miles (60.000 kms), but many change them twice as often or more. That plug has a bit to much soot on it for my liking, but at least it is dry and grey, not oily or covered with long black "soot hairs".
