Clearing out my parts box...
I have a Febi Belt Tensioner that is basically new. I bought it, thought it was bad and got another, but it ended up being the power steering pump pulley, not the tensioner.
It does have MADE IN GERMANY stamped on it, so I dont think its a chinese part. Bearing is INA, so OE bearing.

I paid $85 for it. $60 shipped!
