m-b experts i need advise, 92 300se or 92 400se to purchase

i'm looking at a 92 300se with 134,000 miles the asking price is 8,500 dollars looks nice, a/c works good, drivers side seat a little worn all other seat look great,is this a good price. also 92 400se with 78,000 miles 12,700 is the asking price. i'll get warranty with both vehicles. should i get 8,500 car with more miles because it's less? or pay more for the 400se both have all books & records thanks.
