Hi, The lumbar support is not working, I can hear the relay clicking but no movement in lumbar support or bolsters
Following this video to check air hose Click Here removed seat and no breakage in the line. (FYI go instruction for removing seat)

What I did find is below, it's the same on both seats looks like the end of the hose is missing either a cap or a part, no obvious place to plug it in. any thoughts on this and what else I can try to find seat issue.

Checked all the fuses behind the drivers seat all fine. The soft close on the boot works, central locking works, all other seat controls work and the pulse light activates when pressed so electrics look fine.

You can see image below with the seat insitu, it's directly under the lumbar support controls. if possible can somebody check theirs please. Thanks

It's fine, there should be one open hose. Probably its some kind of exhaust.
These seats have plastic bags inside that inflate and deflate. Sometimes they open up and the control unit turns both seats off.
There are three bags inside, on in the back, there the lumbar support is and two on each side of the backrest.

The lumbar bags tend to break loose from the hoses connecting them with small cracks. All the lumbar bags in my car failed in this way. When it was quiet, you could here the air leaking. If you have access to them, 500ml IV bags make great replacements. The tubs on the IV slide over the existing tuning making install easy. I fixed one seat this way, but I'm having trouble getting more IV bags.

I left the seat in the car, removed the headrest and seatbelt, then pulled off the front of the seat. Be careful to have the headrest fully up before you try and pull it out. I didn't and broke the drive gear. There are some pictures on the "other" MB forum.

Also note that if a major leak occurs, the PSE pump will shut down the offending circuits. You will need to pull the PSE pump fuse to reset it it. If the leak is not fixed, it will shut off again.

Inside the seat, there are 2 air line. The white one is wrapped in black tape and is connected to to something. But the clear hose doesn’t any connection. It’s like this in both seat. Does anyone know why?
