Check all turbo hoses for damage (splits may be difficult to find), intercooler head has no cracks, Your EGR and swirl flaps are ok. After start, before car goes to limp (engine revs over 3000), see if turbo arm is moving when someone revs it up. Soldering inside turbo actuator are prone to fail, but any boost related codes can be triggered any leak around the air path from turbo to engine.
