Sounds more like wheel bearings to me. I would do the wheel bearings at the same time you do the rotors and brake pads.

It could be brake, rotors, bearings etc. Very simple to test. Jack up the rear of the car and turn the wheel by hand few times also remove the calipars and turn the wheel again by hand. This should give you the correct diagnosis. You might also need to wiggle the wheel back and forth while holding the wheel up and down and front and back respectively. Do not forget to check parking brake shoe pads- most common cause of humming noise from the rear wheel.
