Hi all...Just wondering if anyone recommends a good source for wheel/tire selection and installation in the Long Beach/Los Angeles area...I have a 2001 E320...

Also, anyone have a good mechanic in the same area?...

if you want tires i would just go to costco. i have michelin energy mxv4. i still have one of the original tires on the car somewhere. 91k miles. i know i need to replace it before my next vegas run, but those tires are amazing. as for a great mechanic, i found stan and nick at CLASSIC STAR in torrance california. they do great work at a reasonable price and they are characters. just bring a case of bud when you pick up your car and plan to stay an extra hour to listen to their stories...they know what they're talking about.

it is behind the chevron on the north side of the street. n/e/c crenshaw and 190th. tell them mike from LAPD sent you. they are good dudes. take care of all of your problems!
