Looking for some guidance on how to fix this dash issue on 2004 SL 500

I recently purchased a 2004 SL500 and this started to happen after I got the car home. I live in Arizona, so it is very hot this time of year and while it is not cracking at all it is pulling away from the dash base. Looking for someone to guide me on how to fix without taking the dash completely out. Or if you know a service that could help fix this issue in the Arizona region would be great. Thank you for any help whatsoever.

It wasn't bad $300 done by local AZ upholstery guy---did a great job

Yes---I went to a upholstrey guy and he di pell back and sand and reglue--worked well
