Hey all,

I haven't visited this board for quite awhile now, pretty much ever since I moved to NYC; just don't have the time and space to play with my ML anymore. Anyway, I got a 98 ML with 93k+ on the clock. The car is pretty much trouble-free with just little electronic problems here and there, other than that the car has been awesome! As you would probably figured out, my Warranty is gone, and it costs me an arm everytime I take it to the Dealer(Prestige)! So I am wondering if anyone know any good shops that I could go to in Manhattan as there are few things I need to have it fixed:

- Windows/Mirrors control panel loose
- Parking brake not working

Thanks in Advance!

Cheers,
Kevin

Hi There,

I've taken our 2000ML 320 to

A&A Imported Motors - 212-860-2277 - 307 E 92nd Street (2nd & 1st ...

whenever I can dodge the dealer.

He did my B Service 40k check for 1/2 price that the dealer would charge.
He also changed my tranny fluid in addition to break pads. Brake fluid and coolant flush + a few other odds and ends.

The owner/chief mechanic's name is Joe. His assistant Lynn picks up the phone.

The shop services a lot of older high end cars. Joe loves cars and he cares.

I would recomend for general service items but not for body work.

A friend had a fender redone with him and they did not have a good experience with this paintwork.

Otherwise Joe's your man.
