Hello again,
My 69 280SE FI has to be cranked for a longer than expected amount of time if the car is dormant for several days. The car runs smooth once started.
Is this normal or do I need a fuel pump? Is there any type of check valve inline with the fuel feed?
Thanks again!

Firstly, I stumbled across this fantastic web site! Thank you! I have a 280SE FI and I concur, long cranking time! I have a rebuilt FI pump and now I am about to sink money into new fuel injectors and possibly a cold start injector! I LOVE driving this car - but the thing is a troll to start! Yeah, Greg - once you get it going - it's a bullet for it's age!
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
