Battery, Washer Fluid, Brake, ABS lamps lit, but dim. I replaced the Voltage regulator, issue still exists.

As I accelerate, the ABS light turns off around 1800-2000rpms. When I drop back to idle, comes back on.

Is the Alternator shot? At idle, when I put my meter on the lead coming from the alternator, and ground I read 11.9v

Haven't tested while revving.. Any ideas where else to look before buying another alt?

Thanks!

Just had Advance Auto test the Alt. Verdict = Bad.

Anyone want a brand new Bosch Voltage Regulator?

I read 11.9v
Your alternator should be closer to 14 volts, need to have higher "pressure" (voltage) than the battery. The unit pushing the hardest wins. So with only 11.9 volts, the 12 volt battery is running the system.
