I think I have a bad ground somewhere. So I'd like to go around and check them all.

Fuel pump relay and main relay won't close circuit when power is applied. Fuel pump works when jumped on pins 30 and 87, so there's good power. Relay bench checks good as well. Good fuel pressure but no fuel in the combustion chamber, so the injectors aren't opening. Which makes me think I have a bad ground if the relays check good on the bench and there's good power.

Where to start cleaning grounds?

Have you checked your fuses? I'd replace any light colored alloy ones with copper or brass. Do you have an electrical manual ? I think grounds are listed.

The grounds for the D-Jet system are mounted to the intake manifold between cylinders 3 & 4. If you remove that bolt, you will find 2 eye terminals, each crimped to several leads with brown insulators. One of those leads directly to terminal 11 at the ECU connector. The ECU uses terminal 11 to ground every circuit within (terminal 12 is tied to 11 internally; 12 is the ground for TPS and pulse generator).

Wire brush in a rotary tool works well to clean that area up. Recommend continuity checks throughout the engine harness to check resistance and continuity to that ground point.

Excellent. Thank you.
