Lights...

Okay, here's a good one... when the hazards are on, both front corners flash. When the blinker is used, the corner works fine, but when just the parking lights or headlights are turned on, one corner doesn't work. Any body ever heard of that?? How do you even get to the bulb for the corner parking light?? Thanks again for any help. Yall all have a good weekend.
