I just don't know exactly where is the level which we should just fill the Stromberg 175 carbrature with?? Also talking about the reservoir which reservoir that would be meant?



if you can just mark it with red on the above picture, it would be great.

Just fill it up with ATF

there is a cover with an empty chamber (ontaner) at the top No.55 in the image above. Is this to be filled too?

Take out the damper rod (No. 57) and fill in ATF up to the thread - anything you overfill will disappear anyway, there's an overflow. Don't be alarmed if the fluid level will sink soon. It's a common problem, maybe the fit of the piston is worn out, never mind. All the carb needs to work is that small amount which is standing in the piston, all the rest is reservoir.
