Hi All

I have been plaiying alot earlier with Led's and been trying to find a solution to avoid load resistors for the bulb out warning.

I have tried these for my front parking light, they work without load resistos and give a similar light output as my old leds with resistor.

Please see the links for details and where you can get them if needed.

For new type, maybe a little pricy but they work;

MERCEDES R CLASS CANBUS 4 LED XENON WHITE: eBay Motors (item 300439784772 end time Nov-18-10 17:31:06 PST)

Old type, also pricy and required a load resistor

High Power SMD WLED-xHP15-T (194 type) 360 degree Wedge Base bulbs Specifications

I'm waiting for some more form Hong Kong, these might work for the front turn signal without load resistors, I'll keep you posted as I get them in

Thanks for the info.

I think that the new one (no load resistor neededI is less light output compares with the old style.
80 lumens (4 LEDs) versus 125.5 lumens or 10,000 mcd (15 LEDs)

On the paper yes, but I looked at oth with one of each L new style and R the old one, there was no difference for the eyes, color was teh same and teh intensity felt the same.
