DO they make them?
I keep coming across these:
Spec-D® LT-BW14094G-RS - Mercedes CL Class 1998-1999 Red/Smoke Euro Tail Lights

But they look like they would only fit the S-class not the coupes so idk. . . ?

Does anyone know of any?
Can you convert the stock ones?

Those are sedan taillights. No body makes coupe taillights. An electrician can make a circuit board with leds or else the drop in led bulbs are useless for parking light and stop light.
