My w124 e200 automatic started well this morning but when I parked at a grocery store it couldn't start anymore..I noticed an oil leak just above that yellow screw on

the pic..it kept leaking even when it was off with no key in the ignition.

Please assist I don't know what to do or what the cause might be..I can't even have a mechanic we are on lockdown.

Most likely perished rubber. Very common on these cars due to age, especially at the rear by the fuel pump area.

You're simply going to have to get some replacement hose and possibly some clamps to eliminate the leak.

Looks like the carburetor, but we never got those or the 4 cylinders. All we got was the 6 and 8 cylinder, and all had fuel injection (mechanical and electronic depending on build date and model)
