How bad? this could be VERY serious.

the worst case scenario would be the chains are slapping against bad guides, the not as bad but pretty bad is camshaft being deprived of oil, the bad, but not too bad is valves.

Looks like the timing chain and guides are going bad. I would change it as soon as possible, just to be on the safe side. How many miles are on the car? Also, what size wheels are those? Be very careful, mounting such huge wheels on these cars, especially if the offset is different. Not only is it hard on the suspension and bearings, but it drastically changes control and feel of the car. Even when I upgraded my car to 18's, my ABS got very sensitive and didn't work properly. Hey, but it looks good.
