I have had some of your issues
The horns are under the front bumper, the manual (sic) indicates to remove it for access I added one on one side it was a pain.
I can not help you on the wiper, but there must be a indexing issue, I turned on the headlamps, wipers, and washers, somehow it got co-ordinted.
The rattle is a bad shock, dont go there they are $400 ea. i had one done under warranty, they balked on the second, but finally replaced under warranty.
There is a bowden cable attached to the seat (think bike shift/brake cable)cant help you, to adjust it
