I notice from time to time both the fuel and temp gauge in my 81 300TDT jump around. Any ideas on what causes this?...grounding? sending units? others?

Mine did the same thing and I found a questionable ground. After fixing it the syptoms changed, but the gauge was still doing strange things. I found a used gauge and that cured the problem for me. Hope this helps.<br> Chris<br> 83 TD
