Interesting car, but J C was a good friend and neighbor to my great uncle. Saw him many times throughout the years. Never saw him in anything but vettes, never. Maybe his wife drove it. I'll call my uncle and find out.

Oh, in the 70's he had a Stutz Blackhawk. A really ugly car.

My great uncle told me that indeed the Carson's always had 126 sedans, but were rarely driven by J C. Thy were driven by his wife.

Didn’t Carson also own a SEC? I’ve seen footage of him driving a SEC.

Not sure. My uncle is 91. Not sure if he can tell the difference. LOL!

I don’t think he drove SECs, I could swear I saw him on a 60 Minutes profile pulling up to is mansion in an r107 – but Mr. T may be right about the ‘vetts…

i know he drove at least one w126 coupe. i saw a clip once where he was getting into a diamond blue (that light coloured blue) 560 sec parked behind the nbc soundstage studios. i don't know if it was HIS 560 sec, but i know i saw him getting into it.
