its a sad sad day

today i waved goodbye to my favourite 300D (niknamed the "TANK") a cream coloured, 1978 model, trooper.<p>Deemed too rust riden un road worthy by the Roads and Traffic Authority (RTA AUS.)<p>It was bought for $10,000 AUD and sold for $250AUD ($125US). But it must be said that we got our $9,750 worth. <p>To give you an idea this car has driven in the sea, through rivers (almost 4ft. deep), survived hail storms ,driven all over australia ,and just keped going (even once the key had been taken out of the ignition 5 mins.<p>its a shame but all it needed was was two or three thousand dollars worth.<p>probably on its way to lebanon or something<p>happy driving louis
