Weight plates on the front.

Uh, the UGN Tug does not belong in this thread. But there it is anyway...

No. 871 has the counterweight plates, No. 870 looks to be using the Implement plate for
the same reason, maybe. It could be that the thing rides better with some weight on the nose, especially if the box is near the limit. If might reduce hobby-horsing to have some weight up front.
Wild guess, absolutely.
Also- in the one shot it looks like 871 has the implement plate mounted.

Sure like that green setup! On the outrigger, what is the blockish thing to which the hydraulic lines run, next to the cylinder?
